Art, Awareness & Purpose: My Collaboration with Roche

I’m proud to have collaborated with Roche on Arte ao Peito, an art exhibition created to support breast cancer awareness and integrated into the international Pink October movement.

Arte ao Peito is a powerful project that brings together art, health, and social responsibility. The exhibition transformed post-mastectomy bras into unique works of art, customized by visual artists and presented as symbols of resilience, strength, and femininity. These art pieces were later sold and auctioned to raise funds in support of breast cancer patients and their families.

Being part of this initiative allowed my art to move beyond the canvas and take on a deeper social meaning, using abstract art as a form of visual storytelling, awareness, and empathy. This collaboration reflects my ongoing interest in projects where art intersects with wellbeing, identity, and human connection. Partnering with a global healthcare brand like Roche, known for its long-term commitment to patient care, reinforced my belief that art can play a meaningful role in cultural dialogue and positive social impact.

Projects like Arte ao Peito show how contemporary art, when aligned with purpose-driven brands, can contribute to awareness, healing, and collective responsibility: values that are central to my artistic practice.
